Most of our products are custom teamwear made to your specifications. Please read this policy carefully before ordering.
Custom teamwear
Custom items — including items with team names, player names, numbers, or your uploaded artwork — are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective, damaged in transit, or different from the approved specification.
Defective or damaged items
If an item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery at 38477520@qq.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.
Wrong items
If you receive an item that is different from your approved design or order, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will replace it or refund it after verifying the error.
Change of mind (stock items only)
Unused, non-custom shop items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is defective. We will refund the item price after receiving and inspecting the return.
How to start a return
Email 38477520@qq.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and photos where applicable. Do not ship items back until we confirm the return, as some issues can be resolved without a return.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on PayPal and your bank, the money may take several business days to appear.
