Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using this website, including the 3D kit designer, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. These terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Refund and Returns Policy.
Our services
WOC Sports designs and produces custom team sportswear, including football kits. Depending on the quantity and the options available in the designer, you may either place a direct order at the price shown or submit the design for a manually reviewed quote.
Direct orders, quotes, and custom products
- Direct orders: when the designer displays a price and a direct checkout option, submitting the design creates a WooCommerce order awaiting payment. The order is confirmed only after payment succeeds and an order confirmation is issued. A pending or failed payment does not authorize production.
- Quote requests: when the designer directs you to manual review, including larger team quantities, the submission is a quote request and not an order. No payment is taken. A separate accepted quote and payment are required before production.
- We review custom artwork and production feasibility before manufacturing. We will contact you if a design, file, size, quantity, or production detail needs clarification or adjustment.
- Custom teamwear is made to order based on the design, roster, sizes, quantities, and delivery details you approve. You are responsible for checking those details before payment. Once production starts, changes may not be possible.
Prices, discounts, taxes, and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. For a direct order, the product price, any accepted discount, and the shipping amount are shown before you continue to PayPal. Payments are processed by PayPal; we do not receive your full card details. A discount code applies only when the checkout accepts it.
Taxes, customs duties, import charges, and local handling fees are not included unless they are expressly shown in the order total. Where applicable, the recipient is responsible for charges imposed by the destination country or carrier.
Production and delivery
Production and delivery times are estimates and may vary after artwork review, payment confirmation, destination checks, and carrier availability. Shipping information and tracking will be provided when available. If a delivery is delayed or lost, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
Cancellations, refunds, and returns
Custom products are made to your specifications and may not be cancellable or returnable after production begins, except where required by law or where the product is defective or does not match the approved specification. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy before ordering.
Intellectual property
- You keep ownership of logos and artwork you upload. By uploading them, you confirm that you have the right to use them and grant us a license to use them solely to review, produce, and deliver your order.
- The website, the 3D designer, and their content remain our property or the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer them.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or upload unlawful or infringing content.
3D preview and production differences
The 3D preview is a design aid. Screen calibration, fabric, printing, sewing, placement tolerances, and lighting may cause reasonable differences between the preview and the finished product. Production uses the reviewed artwork and specifications associated with the confirmed order.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WOC Sports is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version accepted with an order is recorded with that order; later changes do not replace the accepted version for that transaction.
